Terms: Payment is non-refundable should you cancel less than seven days prior to the start of your class. Once class begins there are no refunds. In the event of a class cancellation prior to the scheduled start of the classes by Roberto Alvarez, you will be refunded 100% of the monies paid. Should the cancellation by Roberto Alvarez occur after the start of the class you'll be refunded a portion of your payment based on the number of classes cancelled.  Paypal fees are not refunded.  By submitting this form I agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.      

Terms for "Ciao n Chow": Payment is non-refundable should you cancel less than seven days prior to the scheduled date and time of Ciao n Chow. In the event Ciao n Chow is cancelled by Roberto Alvarez, the monies paid to Roberto Alvarez  will be refunded in full. Paypal fees are not refunded.
