Terms: Payment is non-refundable should you cancel less than seven days prior to the start of your class. Once class begins there are no refunds. In the event of a class cancellation by Roberto Alvarez, a portion of your payment based on the number of classes cancelled will be refunded in full. By submitting this form I agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.      

Terms for "Ciao n Chow": Payment is non-refundable should you cancel less than seven days prior to the scheduled date and time of Ciao n Chow. In the event Ciao n Chow is cancelled by Roberto Alvarez, the monies paid to Roberto Alvarez  will be refunded in full. By submitting this form I agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
