Join us for a unique, entertaining and enjoyable four weeks in Eataly. We値l be doing what Italians love most, talking, cooking and eating. These will be fun evenings of learning about Italy痴 storied culture, romantic language and delicious food. Whether your reconnecting with your heritage, seeking personal enrichment or preparing for a vacation spend some time enjoying the dolce vita that is Eataly!

The speaking. La lingua italiana and la cultura Italiana. The Italian language and the Italian culture is there another more beautiful? More romantic?

These four weeks are about learning the language not phrases. Everything you need to speak Italian will be provided and taught in a passionate and enthusiastic presentation. You値l see progress immediately as you learn the language skills that will give you the competency and the confidence to communicate effectively in real- life everyday situations.

Are you traveling to Italy? We値l raise your comfort level in Italy with language skills that will allow you to order a meal, navigate train travel, understand the Italian monetary system and much more. I値l also share what I致e learned by visiting relatives in Italy for twenty years. This way you値l be aware of the many cultural do's and dont's that will help you avoid awkward situations and make your vacation a more enjoyable, memorable and relaxing experience.

Each week you値l savor a three course dinner that will start with an antipasto (appetizer) followed by the primo piatto (the entr馥) and un dolce (dessert). By the way, wine is not included but it will available.

Our meals culminate on the final evening when we tailor the menu to a specific region of Italy.

The cooking. On our final evening YOU are doing the cooking. We値l give you an apron and you値l help prepare the meal. When the work is done we値l sit down and enjoy a SIX course dinner that is specific to one of Italy痴 twenty regions. This will be a wonderful welcome to our cucina (kitchen) and a savory conclusion to our four weeks in Eataly.

We provide all materials and ingredients. All you have to bring is a pen, paper, a smile and an appetite. Wine is not included but will be available.

Saturday Morning Class
(11am - 12:30pm)

During this 4-weeks of fun we are combining the three things Italians love most, cooking, eating and talking. You won't need any prior knowledge to Enjoy Eataly in our cucina italiana.

The cooking. Welcome to our cucina italiana, our Italian kitchen where each week you'll put on an apron and begin a fun "hands-on" experience. Chef Laura will unravel the mystery of making fresh pasta, you'll find it's easy and also lots of fun!

Every Italian momma knows certain pastas are served with a specific salsa (sauce). Now you will learn these centuries old secrets! Each week Chef Laura will show you how to make a different sauce as you learn to combine the ingredients that will take us from northern Italy and south all the way to Sicily.

Whether your enjoying a salsa Genovese or a salsa Siciliana before long you too will be cooking like una momma italiana!

The Eating. Each week we'll welcome you with an antipasto (appetizer). Then it's off to our cucina where your hard work leads to a delicious reward. The sauces you create will be paired each week with a different type of pasta. Mangia mangia!

The speaking. La lingua italiana and la cultura Italiana. The Italian language and the Italian culture is there another more beautiful? More romantic? Each week I'll share my passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of Italian by teaching you some fun and easy to learn phrases. We may also sing a song or two!

We'll explore the rich Italian culture from the ancient Romans to Armani and drawing on over twenty years of traveling to Italy I'll have plenty of tips for your vacation in Italy.

Whether you're trying to understand a cookbook, reconnect with your heritage or preparing for a trip, you'll find this Eataly experience is la dolce vita!
